1. The voltage of auxiliary bus shall not be lower than 10% of rated voltage. For example, the voltage of 6.3kV bus shall not be reduced to less than 5.7kv, and the voltage of 380V bus shall not be reduced to 361v. Generally, the outlet voltage of generator does not need to be considered, because the outlet voltage of generator is generally high at this time.

2. Strengthen the monitoring of the temperature of each part of the generator. The temperature of stator core shall not be higher than 120 ℃; The interlayer temperature of stator coil shall not be higher than 120 ℃; The outlet water temperature of stator coil shall not be higher than 75 ℃.

3. Ensure that the generator cooling system operates normally.

4. The leading phase operation time shall be determined according to the regulations of each plant and the temperature rise of each part of the generator.

In the second case of leading phase operation, if the low excitation loss of excitation of the generator is caused by some reason during the lag phase operation of the generator, but the low excitation loss of excitation protection does not act, our generator rental manufacturer believes that at this time, the generator gradually enters asynchronous operation from synchronous operation state. Under certain conditions, asynchronous operation will destroy the stability of power system and threaten the safety of generator itself. Its characteristic is that the higher the active power before loss of excitation, the more reactive power absorbed after fault, resulting in generator overcurrent.
