Vegetable protein drinks must contain milk fat (oil) and water. Everyone knows that oil and water are insoluble and the oil will float up. Adding emulsifier is the perfect solution to this problem. The rise of fat means that the emulsification system of the product is not well done, which does not mean that the product has deteriorated.
